A master plan for long term improvements to a historic home in Staunton’s Newtown Historic District led to a decision to implement a high priority item: to address a pergola in need of maintenance and create additional living space open to the kitchen.
The historic Staunton YMCA building was renovated into loft apartments in 2005. After many years as a rental unit, the owners of this condo had a grand vision: to increase the historic character of the space.
